BMW M4 GTS (F82) on F82 põlvkonna kõige radikaalsem ja rajakesksem seeriaversioon, mis loodi näitamaks, kui kaugele oli võimalik BMW M4 kontseptsiooni arendada tänavalegaalse auto raamides. Mudelit esitleti 2015. aastal ning see jõudis turule 2016. aastal erimudelina, millega tähistati ka BMW M3 30. aastapäeva. M4 GTS eristus tavalisest M4-st märgatavalt agressiivsema aerodünaamika, suure tagatiiva, süsinikkiust detailide ja veelgi sihipärasema tehnilise ülesehituse poolest. BMW positsioneeris selle selgelt tehnoloogiliseks lipulaevaks, mis oli mõeldud nii ringrajale kui ka avalikule teele.
Tehniliselt kasutas BMW M4 GTS 3,0-liitrist kahe turboga ridakuut, mille võimsus ulatus 500 hobujõuni ja pöördemoment 600 njuutonmeetrini. Erilise tähelepanu all oli vesipihustussüsteem, mida BMW kasutas siin esimest korda seeriatootmises tänavaautol. 0–100 km/h kiirendus võttis 3,8 sekundit ning mudeli tippkiirus oli 305 km/h. BMW teatas ametlikult, et M4 GTS-i tootmine piirdus 700 autoga üle maailma, mis teeb sellest ühe eksklusiivsema kaasaegse BMW M erimudeli.
Minu kollektsioonis olev mudel on Minichampsi toodang. Mudelit toodeti 336 eksemplari.

The BMW M4 GTS (F82) is the most radical and track-focused production version of the F82 generation, created to show how far the BMW M4 concept could be developed within the limits of a road-legal car. It was unveiled in 2015 and reached the market in 2016 as a special model that also marked the 30th anniversary of the BMW M3. Compared with the regular M4, the M4 GTS stood out through its much more aggressive aerodynamics, prominent rear wing, extensive carbon-fibre parts and a significantly more focused technical setup. BMW positioned it as a technological flagship designed for both track use and public roads.
Technically, the BMW M4 GTS used a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged inline-six producing 500 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. One of its most notable features was the water-injection system, used here by BMW for the first time in a road-going series-production car. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h took 3.8 seconds, while top speed was 305 km/h. BMW officially stated that production of the M4 GTS was limited to 700 cars worldwide, making it one of the more exclusive modern BMW M special models.
The model in my collection is produced by Minichamps. A total of 336 model cars were made.
